The Jazz Chronicles was created by Eyvonne Williams and Dave Siebels from an idea to record some of their favorite hymns and gospel songs in a unique, jazz style.  As this concept evolved, other musicians began contributing their own playing and arranging abilities.  Ultimately, an album was recorded and this brilliant group of  L. A.’s finest Christian musicians began to perform publicly.  Stylistically, The Jazz Chronicles sound is an eclectic blend of jazz, gospel and pop.  Though each member comes from a different Christian tradition, they are spiritually united in their desire to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ and in making excellent music worthy of that goal.
